How can I schedule a wedding dress appointment?
First and foremost, we would like to remind you that the most important day of your life will be your most precious "MOMENT." The time you dedicate to this process will be the most valuable gift you give to yourself.
At our company, wedding dress fittings and model viewings are done by appointment only. To schedule a fitting, you can call us or submit an online appointment request through our website. Unfortunately, we cannot serve walk-in clients, as we dedicate special time to each bride to offer detailed service. Since we can only accommodate a maximum of 4 clients per day, our appointments can get busy. Therefore, we recommend booking your appointment early to prepare for your special day. We would like to remind you once again that we are here to share all of our experience with you in the most enjoyable way and help you feel special during your preparation process.
*How does the fitting process work? Is there a fee?
Wedding dress fittings usually last about 2 hours, during which you will have the opportunity to try on different models and request custom alterations. Due to the quality of our fittings, the meticulous craftsmanship of our models, and the cleaning process after each fitting, the fitting fee is set at 2000 TL.
When scheduling your appointment, the fitting fee must be paid via credit card or bank transfer (EFT). After paying the fee, you are entitled to try on dresses up to two more times within a month without any additional charge. If you decide to place an order, the fitting fee will be deducted from the total price.
For clients who wish to explore our wedding dress models without trying them on, we offer a 20-minute free service to closely examine the models. However, during these brief visits, only quick inspections are allowed, and no fittings will take place.
*How many people can accompany me to the appointment?
When trying on or reviewing our wedding dresses or design models, it is recommended that no more than 3 people, including the bride, accompany you to the appointment. This suggestion helps us provide you with more time and a comfortable experience while minimizing crowding in our showroom. Of course, this is not mandatory, but setting a limit helps ensure a more efficient and enjoyable fitting process for your comfort.
*What should I bring to the appointment?
When you come for your fitting appointment, it would be helpful to bring comfortable underwear, the shoes you plan to wear with your wedding dress (if you have them), and any images of wedding dress details you like. This will help our consultants guide you more effectively.
*How long will it take to receive my wedding dress?
For ready-made models, the delivery time is typically between 1 to 3 weeks, while for bespoke wedding dresses, they are ready no later than 20 days before the wedding. Additionally, on your wedding day, our professional team will assist you in wearing your dress. We offer this service to ensure that the dress is worn correctly, all details are flawless, and you can move comfortably.
*How are the wedding dress fittings done, and what kind of alterations can be made?
After selecting your wedding dress, fitting dates are scheduled to customize the design exactly for you. Typically, 2 fittings are sufficient. During the first fitting, the general structure of the dress is examined, and any necessary alterations are determined. At the first fitting, you will see the dress in its 80% completed state. During the final fitting, we ensure that your dress fits perfectly. During the fitting, we can combine the top of one dress with the skirt of another model or different fabrics to create a completely unique design for you. *Vassago Wedding* offers custom drawing and design services for every bride.
*Can I rent my wedding dress?
We do not offer wedding dress rental services. Our dresses are exclusively designed and made for you. As we offer bespoke tailoring, each wedding dress is made to order and belongs entirely to the bride. Therefore, we do not offer a rental option.
*Do you design on different models?
Yes, at *Vassago Wedding*, we can create custom designs inspired by different wedding dress models. However, we do not replicate products from other companies in Turkey. In line with our ethical values, we are committed to offering each bride a unique design. We reinterpret the details you like in a way that suits your body type and personal taste, creating a completely bespoke wedding dress just for you. This way, we ensure that you reflect your best self with a one-of-a-kind design on your wedding day.
*Do you make evening dresses or other products?
*Vassago Wedding* focuses exclusively on bridal wear. We do not work with evening dresses or other clothing categories. However, we do design for special events such as henna nights, engagements, home exit ceremonies, and after parties. During these processes, we offer unique and elegant designs to ensure you look stunning at every occasion.
*How can I make payments?
Payments can be made in cash or via bank transfer. At the moment, we do not offer credit card or installment payment options in our showroom. All payment details will be shared with you during the appointment process.
