(“VASSAGO”), acting as the data controller under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), we attach great importance to the security of your personal data. This information text has been prepared to explain the purposes for which your personal data is processed, how it is protected, and your rights.

5. METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

6. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK)

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), regarding your personal data:

  • To find out whether your personal data is being processed,

  • If it has been processed, request information about it.

  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used for its intended purpose.

  • Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred, whether domestically or internationally.

  • Requesting corrections if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed.

  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of data processed in violation of KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law),

  • Requesting that third parties to whom the transactions are transferred be notified,

  • You have the right to object to an unfavorable outcome resulting from analysis conducted by automated systems.

  • You have the right to claim compensation for damages you have suffered as a result of an unlawful act.

You have rights.

7. APPLICATION METHOD

You can submit your requests under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) to us in writing or via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, or email.
